VCIT Water flosser-White

This was my first time ever buying and using a water pick, and it actually works pretty well! I usually end up refilling it twice per use, though.
I will say, I kinda wish it had a stronger stream—more cleaning power would be chef’s kiss for me. But hey, maybe this is as strong as these things get? I’m used to scrubbing with a firm-bristled toothbrush, so that’s probably why I’m craving a little extra oomph.
All that said, it does exactly what it claims to do. It feels like a solid, quality unit—I’ve had it for a while now and haven’t run into a single issue. If I ever needed another one, I’d definitely buy this again. Oh, and let’s not forget— the price was spot-on for the quality you get!

Nice product and quite effective. I like the ease of use. I feel the reservoir is adequate. If you need more water, just add it and go at it again!

My dentist recommended a water flosser. I tried another Coslus model where you pushed a button repeatedly to cycle through the pressure settings. I didn't care for that one. This model has 10 pressure settings on a dial that are easy to set and control. This works much better for me. The flosser in general works very well. I was very happy with the product. However, after 8 months, the "door" to the water reservoir broke off. The flosser has a 12 month warranty that you can extend to 24 months for free. I emailed their customer support and sent a picture of the broken part. They responded the next day, confirmed my address, and had a replacement to me within a few days. I thought they'd just send me a replacement reservoir, but they sent me a whole new flosser. Great product and even better customer service! Thanks, Coslus! I highly recommend this flosser.
